For many years, I have envisioned a cinder block wall that morhped into a curtain. My sketch books show numerous iterations of this concept, but I never had the correct context for it. When I began my series, "The Futility of Envy," it occured to me that it could be included--a softer version of the wall. It is one of the most popular of the series.
